If you click on the blue circle in the right-hand top corner with your initials in it, this will take you to Account Management where you can view your applications, un-submit applications that the Local Authority have not received, view children associated with your account, change your email address, password and address

For mobile phones, this may be the 3 horizontal menu lines instead of a blue circle and then click the small downward arrow next to your email address to access the Account Management menu
