Support available to become a Childminder

Are you interested in becoming a registered childminder with Ofsted but not sure where to start? Join us at our Introduction to Childminding Workshops taking place in November at Biggleswade Children's Centre.

Childminders offer professional home-away-from-home childcare. They look after small groups of children of different ages, working closely with parents and carers to provide bespoke care. Registered childminders are self-employed childcare professionals who work in their own homes or another suitable premises caring for other people’s children from birth up to the age of 18.

Join us at our Introduction to Childminding workshops to begin your journey into your new career that offers flexibility, a chance to be your own boss and to help the children you care for thrive.
